A reminder that the Annual General Meeting of Banbury United Community Football Club Ltd will be held on Wednesday 26th July 2017, 7.45 pm at the Banbury Plant Hire Community Stadium clubhouse.

The agenda is as follows:

1. Apologies for Absence

2. Welcome from Chairman

3. Look back at progress in past year

4. Discussion of future priorities

5. Summary of Accounts for period 1 August 2016 - 31 May 2017.

7. Election of Accountant

8. Proposed date for 2018 AGM.

9. Election to the Board for 2017-18

10. Any Other Business

Only Members for 2016-17 will be eligible to attend the meeting. Membership will be available on the night of the AGM although only members who had joined by 12th July 2017 will be eligible to vote.

On Point 9, to confirm that there were no nominations to join the Board apart from the three existing Board members who stood for re-election – Dave Shadbolt, Ronnie Johnson and Nigel Porter and a show of hands to ratify these will be undertaken.
