It's not often that a footballing legend comes to Banbury but on Friday 9th March our home town welcomed Manchester and England legend Bryan Robson for a night of memories and insight into our professional game at General Foods Social Club in Banbury.

Big Ron spent his playing career at Oxford United, where he still holds the club record for appearances.
As a manager, he won the FA Cup with Manchester United in 1983 and 1985, The Football League Cup with Sheffield Wednesday in 1991 and Aston Villa in 1994. He also managed Coventry City, Nottingham Forest and West Bromwich Albion amongst others!
