The board of Banbury United Football Club are delighted that large Banbury employer, DHL, have reaffirmed their backing of the club in a two-year sponsorship deal until the end of the 2021 season. The sponsorship will mean the club receiving a substantial four figure sum over the next two seasons.

DHL and Banbury United FC have been in partnership for the past five seasons and United’s Commercial Director Mark Allitt was delighted the relationship would be continuing for at least another two. He said “This is brilliant news for the club and our supporters. DHL are not only a local company; they have a great presence nationally and internationally. To have one of our community’s big employers backing us for at least another two seasons is a major boost for Banbury United. I’m extremely pleased to have such a large, well known company as part of our sponsorship portfolio.

Puritans Chairman Phil Lines was also very pleased with the news and added “By DHL extending their commitment to us, it’s a further endorsement that the club is making progress in the eyes of the town’s business community.”
