The football club would like to wish Jordan the best of luck with the Premiership club.

Jordan (pictured at Burnham last season) spent five years with Fulham but was not offered a scholarship when he reached the age of 16. He joined Banbury last November and made 32 appearances for the club, scoring six goals through to the end of last season.

However, the club would like to make it clear that, contrary to what supporters might incorrectly assume from other media reports, that the club has not transferred Jordan to AFC Bournemouth. As a non-contract player for the club last season, Jordan was free to join any club that he wished to this summer without the involvement of Banbury United in joining his new club at all. Though Banbury United was Jordan's last club, it is not a transfer and no fee is involved.

The club though wish to emphasise that they are delighted that Jordan has earned this one year deal with the Premiership club and wish him all the best for the future .
