The purpose of the meeting was to inform members of progress made since the AGM In November 2015 in all aspects of the club and plans for next season.

Members were given a presentation from CBS Secretary Stephen Barlow which highlighted work in the nine areas of work covered by the Board members – Commercial, PR & Comms, Bar & Events, Community, Ground & Development, Puritans Radio, 1st team, Administration & Finance. On the latter members received details of current levels of income and expenditure for the financial year to date and a breakdown of matchday finances.

Manager Mike Ford addressed members, thanked them for their support and spoke about the challenges and opportunities ahead for the coming season.

Stephen then went through off-field plans for 2016-17, what changes are planned and recommendations for membership and admission prices.

Members were invited to ask questions and there were not too many of these, hopefully because supporters had found the presentation informative and not nodded off!
