Ryan, who has just turned 18 has come through the youth teams at the club. He impressed in Under 18 games and moved up to the first team squad in 2017, making his first team debut against Hitchin in January 2018. He has now played 15 matches for the first team and despite his young age has held his own against experienced defenders with his determination and pace coming to the fore.

Commenting on this manager Mike Ford said "It's fantastic news that Ryan has agreed to sign a one year deal with the football club. He has a great attitude and worked very hard with the first team squad to develop and improve this year which he has done. With the talent he has, next season can be an exciting one for Ryan."

Ryan is also pleased to have accepted the offer "I am very happy to sign a contract with the club. I have enjoyed my time at Banbury so far and I think this is the best place for me to progress".
