The club is looking for a Team Manager for their new Men's Development team for season 2019-20. The role is on a voluntary basis.

The newly formed Development team will play in the Hellenic League and has been introduced as a key part of the player pathway at the club for talented young players in the community. The new system has a desire to attract the best local young footballers and to offer a clear pathway and incentive to play at the highest level of non-league football possible in North Oxfordshire and the surrounding area. You can see more information about that here

We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills, as well as being a role-model to younger players. They will be able to show that they are capable of creating and delivering innovative and engaging coaching sessions to challenge and develop the players in line with the philosophies of our club – on and off the pitch.

We have a number of talented young players coming through the youth system who need to grow and develop in men's senior football. At the same time, we expect the successful candidate to be able to recruit local players. In addition they will need to develop an understanding of the philosophies which our First Team Manager Mike Ford implements, and to adopt a similar style to enable the players to become accustomed to our way of playing.

The preferred candidate will have FA Level 2 in Coaching with the intention of progressing further to UEFA B in the near future.

Successful applicants will undergo a screening process that will include an Enhanced DBS check and FA Licenced Coaches Club status checks.

To apply, please send a coaching CV with a covering letter outlining your relevant experience by June 2nd to the club’s Director of Football, Andy Sinnott, email andysin3011@hotmail.com
