Eddie Odhiambo

Central Midfield
Biography: Defender or midfielder who returned to the club in the summer of 2018 for a second spell, though this time in a player/coach role. The 32 year-old began his career as a schoolboy with Oxford United prior to joining Southampton in 2003. He signed professionally for the Saints but didn’t manage to break into their first team and returned to then Conference side Oxford United in the summer of 2006, playing on a regular basis for them over the course of the next two seasons. He moved to Stevenage Borough ahead of the 2008/09 campaign and was part of their FA Trophy winning side that season and of their side that won promotion to the Football League the following season. He then played for Conference sides Newport County and Gateshead before joining Brackley Town in the summer of 2012. After four seasons at St James Park, he had short stints with Oxford City and Kidlington before moving to Banbury in October 2016. He made 34 appearances for the Puritans in the remainder of season 2016/17 before joining Kidlington in a player/coach role in the summer of 2017.
