A fine morning's work for Banbury Under 10's in the rain. A tight 1st half and a goal from Max Galloway helped Banbury gain the lead as half time approached.
An equaliser for St Edmunds after half time made the game a cagey affair with both teams producing good football. Rowyn Moore added a 2nd for Banbury, quickly followed by a fine strike from Joseph Sparkes to make it 3-1.
Nathan Whyman added a 4th for Banbury as St Edmunds started to find the going tough in the rain. An own goal towards the end ensured Banbury ran out 5-1 winners.
