
Stuart Peace – Assistant Manager
After a three year spell as Wantage Town manager, Stuart joined Didcot Town during season 2002/03 firstly as assistant to then manager, Pete Foley, before taking over the manager’s role in August 2004. In his first season in charge Didcot lifted the FA Vase in the final at White Hart Lane. Twelve months later he guided the Railwaymen to their first Hellenic League title since 1953 and with it a place in the Southern League. Promotion to the Southern League Premier Division via the play-offs followed at the end of season 2008/09. Stuart left Didcot in January 2011 before joining then Southern League Premier Division side Oxford City as Assistant Manager the following June where Mike Ford was manager. He spent three years with City, a spell which saw them gain promotion to Conference North.
Mike Byrne - First Team Coach
Previously with Forest Green Rovers in the Conference for six years and also at Frome Town. He is the holder of the UEFA A licence for outfield and goalkeeping. He has also worked with academy players at Swindon Town, Bristol Rovers and Wolverhampton Wanderers and is currently working in the academy system at Bristol Rovers for the third time.
Matt Haycocks - Coach
Has had three previous spells coaching at Banbury United. Firstly under Ian Bowyer in season 1996/97, then under Phil Lines in season 1998/99 before having a longer three year spell with the club between 2009 and 2012, working firstly with Billy Jeffrey and then Ady Fuller. Has also coached at Brackley Town, where he had a spell as manager from January 2002 to May 2002, Hook Norton and more recently he had three years with Oxford City working as a coach for their Conference North side under Mike Ford.
