The Academy, run in partnership with Banbury and Bicester College, offers young players the opportunity to combine their football development with education. Students are currently studying towards Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Sport, giving them a strong foundation both on and off the pitch.

This dual pathway allows players to pursue their ambitions in football while gaining valuable academic qualifications that can support future careers in sport and beyond.
