Sunday 3rd May | 3:00PM K.O.
When the season comes to an end and we’re all searching for that football fix, Spencer Stadium will be turning purple this May as Banbury United hosts a very special charity event. Influencers from TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch, alongside local players and Banbury United volunteers, will take to the pitch for an entertaining match - all in aid of an incredible cause.
Behind the scenes, this event has been carefully organised by Harry Cartwright, who shared:
“This charity match has taken a lot of planning and organisation, and I’d like to thank Banbury United Football Club for allowing me to use the pitch. I’m especially grateful to Wayne Farrell and Lisa Dixon for taking the time to discuss my idea and for their advice and guidance throughout the process.
I chose to support Epilepsy Society because they are a fantastic charity, and we wanted to show our support in a meaningful way.
On the day, my goals are simple: to raise as much money as possible for Epilepsy Society and to give everyone in attendance a great afternoon of football.”
Updates and player announcements are available on their Instagram page.
Tickets are now available via our ticket site, with 100% of proceeds going directly to Epilepsy Society.
