The 17-year-old joined Dons’ academy as a 12-year-old and has impressed through the ranks. In the summer of 2023, Chase was rewarded a scholarship and was described as a player who is a hard-working attacker with versatility as he can play through upfront or in the wide areas. Medwynter’s rise continued as on 21st November 2023, two days before his 17th birthday, Chase made his MK Dons debut in the 84 minute, coming on for Matthew Dennis in the team’s EFL trophy win over Northampton. This season Medwynter has featured eight times for the Dons’ U18s scoring seven goals. This earned him the opportunity to make another first team appearance in the EFL Trophy when the Dons defeated Arsenal U21s on penalties in September.

Chase is excited to get going at the Puritans and said upon joining “I’m excited to join Banbury and hopefully bring energy and goals to the team”
