The club can confirm that wide midfielder Greg Kaziboni has signed for the Puritans on a month’s loan from Tamworth

The 26 year-old Zimbabwean born wide midfielder came through the Northampton Town youth side, after joining them from local side Gregory Celtic, progressing to make five Football League appearances for the Cobblers in 2011. After being released he joined then Conference North side Corby Town for season 2012/13.

Greg moved to Brackley Town at the start of season 2013/14 and was a regular in their side early that season but after losing his place he joined then Southern League Rugby Town in November 2013, before returning to Brackley for the following season in which he established himself in the side and made 34 Conference North appearances.

After a lengthy spell out of the game through injury, Greg returned to playing in season 2017/18 with Biggleswade Town. He joined Banbury United for season 2018/19 and made 45 appearances, scoring 13 goals before leaving this past summer to accept a one year contract offer from fellow Southern League Premier side Tamworth.

After making 17 appearances and scoring three goals for Tamworth in the first half of the season, Greg joined AFC Rushden & Diamonds on a month’s loan at the end of December, making six appearances and scoring two goals, his last game for them being on Tuesday against Needham Market.
