Puritans Strengthen Defence with Double Signing of Harrison Mole and Oran Jackson.

Banbury United are delighted to announce the signings of defenders Harrison Mole and Oran Jackson as the Puritans continue to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.

Harrison Mole Joins the Puritans

The club is pleased to welcome 19-year-old defender Harrison Mole to the Spencer Stadium.

Mole joins Banbury United after progressing through the academy ranks at Oxford United, where he had been since the age of nine. During his time with the U’s, Harrison established himself as a key leader within the youth setup, captaining the Under-18s during a successful campaign before becoming a regular member of the Under-21s squad.

A versatile and dependable right-sided defender, Harrison also gained valuable senior experience during a loan spell with fellow Southern League Premier Division Central side Redditch United, furthering his development in the men’s game.

Now taking the next step in his career, Harrison arrives at Banbury United eager to build on his academy foundations and senior football experience.

Harrison will be proudly sponsored by The French Puritan.

Everyone at Banbury United would like to welcome Harrison to the club and wish him every success in a Puritans shirt.

Experienced Centre-Back Oran Jackson Signs

Joining Harrison at the Spencer Stadium is experienced defender Oran Jackson.

A commanding presence at the heart of defence, Jackson began his career through the Milton Keynes Dons academy and made a first-team appearance in the Championship before establishing himself as a highly respected figure in senior football.

The 27-year-old centre-back arrives with a wealth of experience across the English non-league game, having represented Hemel Hempstead Town, Brackley Town, Billericay Town, St Ives Town, Portadown, Rugby Borough and most recently Stamford AFC. Jackson also enjoyed a spell abroad in Iceland with ÍBV, adding further experience to an already impressive footballing journey.

His leadership qualities, defensive strength and extensive experience will provide a valuable addition to the Puritans squad.

Everyone at Banbury United is delighted to welcome Oran to the club and looks forward to seeing him in action this season.

Welcome to the Puritans, Harrison and Oran.
