Executive leader Gavin Morse wants to help local businesses grow

Gavin Morse has transitioned from being a lad on the terraces in his youth, to “the egg man” in 2025 and now to being the brains behind Morse Insights, a new consultancy helping businesses build, transform and grow.

As director of its consumer division, Gavin was behind the Banbury United stadium sponsorship from energy company, egg, in seasons 2024-25 and 2025-26. This brought much-needed funds into the Club, before sadly, a change in strategy saw the company’s consumer-focussed activity come to an end.

CIMA-qualified Gavin took this opportunity to take his 20+ years of commercial, operational and financial expertise and set up Morse Insights. Now, as a pitch-side board sponsor with ambitions to get his name onto the Banbury United strip, Gavin wants to connect with local businesses and offer his help.

The consultancy works with businesses looking to grow, improve profitability, overcome operational challenges or turn ambitious plans into reality. Whether it's finding new opportunities, reducing costs, improving performance or making a major change happen, the focus is on practical action and measurable results.

To get things started, Morse Insights offers a free 90-minute consultation.

Gavin's promise is simple: “At the end of our session, you'll walk away with fresh perspectives and practical ideas. If I determine that I can genuinely add value, I'll explain how Morse Insights can assist you. If not, you'll still leave with a clearer understanding of your business and its next steps.”

If you're running a business and feel there's more potential to unlock, or you're facing a challenge you need help tackling, why not get in touch?

You can contact Gavin via the contact form on his website or find him on LinkedIn.
