Your Contribution -
Board Directors play a central role in guiding the club’s direction and ensuring we operate with professionalism, transparency, and ambition. Responsibilities include:

Helping shape and deliver the club’s long‑term strategy
Providing governance oversight and ensuring compliance with league and regulatory standards
Supporting commercial growth, partnerships, and revenue generation
Championing community engagement and strengthening our supporter experience
Bringing specialist expertise to key areas such as finance, legal, commercial, operations, HR, marketing, facilities, or safeguarding
Attending monthly board meetings and contributing to club initiatives throughout the season

Finance & Audit

Marketing, Communications & Digital

Operations & Facilities Management

Football Operations (non‑technical)
