The club are very grateful to the volunteers who have been painting all around the Banbury Plant Hire Community Stadium over the past few weeks.

The volunteers have all been great in rubbing down and preparing various parts of the stadium facilities for a fresh coat of scarlet or gold. All in readiness for the start of the new season.

The corrugated roof and back wall of the Town End stand is being spray-painted this week which will make a great back drop for all the BUFC flags and banners. A big improvement on the faded rusty peeling paintwork at present!

Many thanks to all the volunteers

Note we are holding a volunteers’ evening on Wednesday 6 July at 7 pm in the clubhouse. All existing club volunteers are invited so we can say thank you. We’d also like to extend the invitation to people who are interested in volunteering. We have a variety of roles from matchday personnel, ticketing manager, football operations manager or if you wish to join existing groups – commercial, media, ground team, lottery. Or if you think your skills could be used to enhance and improve the club in other areas.
